I feel fortunate to have been mentored by Patil Sir since my MBA days. His teaching approach is truly unique, with a strong focus on practical learning through real-life examples and case studies. He has an exceptional ability to simplify complex concepts of entrepreneurship, guiding us from ideation to building and running a successful startup. During my college years, I initiated a small-scale venture, and Patil Sir’s continuous guidance played a crucial role in shaping my decision-making and entrepreneurial mindset. His mentorship not only helped refine my skills but also instilled the confidence to take calculated risks and think strategically. The learnings and values he imparted have stayed with me throughout my professional journey. Shortly after completing my MBA, I co-founded an IT company with four friends in 2014. I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Praveen Patil’s career counseling session. It was extremely insightful and helped me clearly understand my child’s interests and capabilities. My daughter also gained a better awareness of her own strengths, comfort areas, and the aspects she needs to focus on moving forward. What truly stood out was the structured guidance—not just a clear Plan A, but also a practical Plan B, which gives a sense of direction and reassurance for the future. The session was crisp, well-organized, and to the point. It wasn’t lengthy or tiring, yet the value it delivered was immense.
