He has corporate experience of 25+ years, having worked in organizations like Future group, Reliance, MARS group etc. He has conducted seminars in schools, colleges and community centres. He has immense experience in mentoring and training people. He is the founder and lead counselor with Providence Education advisory which is into career coaching and counselling and study abroad consultation.

He is of the firm belief that a well researched and considered career decision is in the best interest of any individual - a career suited and aligned to the strengths of the individual. There are too many people out there who have made career decisions without proper information and are now regretting their decisions, but too late to make any course corrections.

His experience with corporates and also as a career coach places him in the unique position of knowing both sides of the employment divide, and therefore he is in a perfect place to be able to guide anyone about what and how to be well prepared to face the challenges of a career.
